I made these cupcakes with the kids for a friend’s birthday.
2 1/4 cup rye flour
1/3 cup carob powder, sift to remove lumps
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup grape juice concentrate, thawed
1/2 cup oil
Mix the dry together. Mix the wet together. Add the wet to the dry. Put in cupcake pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Let cook and decorate.

These cupcakes are really only suitable for children who are deprived of sugar. If you want to experiment perhaps add sugar or honey. Or another recipe.
